For our July overseas trip, I booked a car from Sixt Rent a Car and in February they charged me €655 for the rental. However, after returning the vehicle, an additional €155 was taken from my account without any explanation. I have sent multiple emails asking for clarification, but I never received a response. The customer service in Turkey keeps redirecting me to the Germany office, yet it was the Turkey office that originally handled my booking. This lack of accountability has left me frustrated and without answers. I request immediate support, a clear explanation of why this fee was charged, and a full refund of the unjust €155.
