Siemens Has Not Delivered My Stove For 20 Days!
On August 30, 2024, I bought a cooker, oven, hood and semi-built-in dishwasher as a set from the Mall Of Istanbul Siemens store. In addition, I bought a dryer. On Monday, September 2, I received the oven, hood, dishwasher and dryer. But the cooker did not arrive. I was not informed about this, and although I called the store several times afterwards, I did not receive any information. Likewise, it has been a week since the customer service said that we opened the file and would investigate and return. For 20 days I have been victimized without a stove. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Those who will shop here should pay attention.
