On Monday, September 2, I received the oven, hood, dishwasher and dryer. But the cooker did not arrive. I was not informed about this, and although I called the store several times afterwards, I did not receive any information. Likewise, it has been a week since the customer service said that we opened the file and would investigate and return. For 20 days I have been victimized without a stove.
