Never-Ending Delays with Siemens Dryers

My Siemens dryer purchase has turned into a nightmare because the service staff has failed to show up for installation for the past four days, canceling scheduled appointments at will. Despite reporting the incident to Siemens customer support, no action or punishment has been taken against the unresponsive Ümraniye service. Every day, acquiring a fresh appointment and waiting at home is fruitless, wasting our valuable time. It's upsetting to encounter such recklessness from both the service and the brand. During the product delivery, we were told to 'open and inspect'; now I feel duped into retaining it. I'm unsatisfied with this brand and service. If a settlement is not achieved soon, I will take the case to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
