Siemens Dryer Has Dent and Crack but Warranty Repair Was Refused

I noticed a dent and crack at the bottom of my Siemens WQ44G2C1TR iQ500 Heat Pump Dryer in May while trying to disassemble it during my house move. Before the move, the machine had been installed by the service team on top of the washing machine and had never been moved. Therefore, I cannot understand how the damage occurred while it was standing in place. As soon as I noticed it, I called the service center and explained that I was in the middle of an urgent move and the truck was waiting outside, but they told me, “We can’t come right away, take photos and it will be checked at your new home.” After the move, however, they claimed the crack had happened during transportation. Yet all my belongings were moved without issue, I personally oversaw the dryer’s handling, and I even have photos showing the crack while the machine was still in its original installation spot. When I contacted customer service again, they told me that since the part was unavailable, the only option was a paid replacement with a new product, and I would also have to pay a 2–3 thousand lira report fee. I do not accept this approach. My machine is still under warranty, and I have all the purchase documents. I bought it from Özlerler Ticaret Siemens Ankara branch’s website with order number 1700715242FPtuV. Despite having no fault on my part, I demand that the dent and crack at the bottom of the machine be repaired under warranty free of charge and that the part be replaced. I also reject the claim that spare parts are unavailable and that I must pay for a replacement when there is a 10-year spare part support guarantee. I expect my grievance to be resolved quickly.
