Siemens Tumble Dryer Not Delivered, There Is No Progress Still

Due to a commercial approach that does not suit the Siemens brand, the "tumble dryer" that I ordered online from siemens.com has not been delivered to me for exactly 4 weeks. Although I called 5 times during the process and reported the situation and waited for a solution, we could not get anything. Each time, they open a record about getting a call back to the online department, the relevant department calls back, but they say it's empty - we'll get back to you just for distraction and hang up. Until we call again and ask, there is no call, no inquiry or delivery. Look at what the huge Siemens brand is doing, they cannot manage even one of the millions of products. If you don't have online sales skills, don't do this job. Then, do you want to be remembered as a brand that distracts people? There is not much use of dryers around me, there are people I know and close to who will buy them based on my feedback, I would not recommend this brand to them anymore. What makes a brand of high quality is not just its products - after-sales support - solutions to problems, etc. Buy the local Arçelik brand more easily - at least you can find serious interlocutors.
