My Sidrachain App Deactivated

I have been using the Sidrachain mobile app, and on 17 February 2026 my account was suddenly deactivated without any explanation. I did not receive any prior warning or clear notice about a violation, and I am unable to access my account or use the services. After noticing the deactivation, I contacted Sidrachain support, but I have not received any response regarding the reason for this action or how it can be resolved. This lack of communication leaves me completely in the dark about what has happened to my account. I request that my Sidrachain account be immediately reactivated and that the deactivation be removed. If there is any specific issue, I also expect to be clearly informed so that I can address it properly.
