I Cannot Access My Sidra Chain Account Because Of 2FA

I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account since 28 December 2025 because I lost access to my two-factor Authenticator when I changed my phone. When I try to log in, the system asks me for the Authenticator code, but I no longer have the app or the codes linked to my old device, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have already contacted Sidra Chain support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my account remains inaccessible. I request that Sidra Chain urgently disable the current two-factor authentication on my account or provide a secure recovery method so that I can regain access. I would like this process to be handled as quickly as possible, as I currently have no way to enter my account due to the lost Authenticator.
