Sidra Chain Fails to Respond After Deactivating User Account

My name is Chidi Uz***, and I am a user of the Sidrachain network. On 30-12-2025, my Sidrachain account was deactivated without any clear explanation, and this situation has now been ongoing for about 21 days. During this period I have written to the Sidrachain support team several times, but I have not received a single response to any of my messages. The complete lack of feedback and the long waiting time have caused me serious inconvenience and made it impossible for me to understand or resolve the situation from my side. I kindly request that my Sidrachain account be urgently reactivated and that I be clearly informed of the reason for the deactivation, if any, so that I can continue using the service without further interruption.
