Sidra Support Fails to Respond After User Loses Google Authenticator Access

I use the Sidra mobile app and have been securing access to my account with Google Authenticator on my Android device. Recently, I mistakenly deleted all my verification codes in the Google Authenticator app, and as a result, I completely lost access to my Sidra account, which was protected with two-factor authentication. Since 03-02-2026, I have been unable to log in to my Sidra account at all, and I am effectively locked out. After losing the codes, I contacted Sidra support via email, but I have not received any response, and my access issue is still not resolved. I do not have any paid subscription or balance in the account, but I still need to regain access to continue using the service. I kindly request that my identity be verified through an alternative secure method and that my Sidra mobile app account be reopened, or that another safe solution be provided so that I can restore access to my account as soon as possible.
