Sidra App Account Unexpectedly Deactivated, Cannot Log In - Request Reactivation

I am a user of the Sidra mobile app and as of yesterday, 04/12/2025, I discovered that my account has been deactivated. When I try to log in, the application displays “Account Deactivated” and I am unable to access my account at all. I have not yet been able to reach customer service about this problem, and I have not received any information or explanation as to why my account was deactivated. This situation is preventing me from using the services I need through the app. I kindly request that my Sidra mobile app account be reactivated as soon as possible and that I be informed if there is any specific reason for the deactivation. I have been using the Sidra app and on 04/12/2025 I realized that my account had been deactivated without any prior notice or explanation. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account or use the services linked to it.
