My Sidra Chain Account Has Been Deactivated Since Last Month

My Sidra Chain account has been deactivated since last month, and since then, I have been unable to log in and use the services. I did not receive any clear information or explanation about the reason for this deactivation. Because my account is deactivated, I cannot access my profile or benefit from the services I used before. I also could not reach Sidra Chain customer service, as I do not have any contact address or a clear channel to resolve this problem. I kindly request that my Sidra Chain account be urgently reactivated and that I be informed about the reason for the deactivation.
