Disable My Sidra Chain Two Factor Verification
I am writing regarding a serious access issue with my Sidra chain account linked to the email address Ofuzorjustice***@gmail.com. Since yesterday, when I lost my phone, I have been completely unable to log in because of the two-factor authentication. The authenticator will not send a one-time password to my email, so I am fully locked out of my account. I immediately contacted your support team and was told to hold and that I would be attended to shortly. I was given a ticket number, but since then I have not received any further response or solution, and I still cannot access my account. I kindly request that you urgently disable the current two-factor verification on my account and help me regain access, for example by verifying my identity through alternative methods. I am very concerned about being locked out and I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible so I can securely access my Sidra chain account again.
