Sidra App 2FA Issue - Phone Stolen and Unable To Access Account
I am writing regarding an issue I have been experiencing with the Sidra app and its two-factor authentication (2FA) system. Around 3–4 months ago my phone was stolen, and since then I have been unable to access my Sidra account because I cannot receive the 2FA codes on that device anymore. After losing my phone, I tried to contact Sidra customer service to request help with removing or resetting 2FA, but I have not received any response so far. As a result, I have been locked out of my account for months, and I am unable to use the app on my new phone. I kindly request that my identity be verified through alternative methods and that 2FA on my account be disabled or reset so that I can log in again from my new device. I expect this matter to be handled urgently, as it has already been pending for a long time without any feedback.
