Sidra Chain 2FA Code Issue
I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with the Sidra Chain mobile app related to two-factor authentication (2FA). I have lost access to my authentication code and, as a result, I have been unable to log into my account for more than a month. What I specifically need is for my 2FA to be either disabled or reset so that I can connect it to a new device and regain access to my account. I have all my account details available, including my registered information, and I am ready to provide them for verification whenever requested. I contacted Sidra Chain customer support about this issue more than a week ago but have not received any response so far. I find it concerning that such a critical access problem has remained unresolved despite my attempt to reach out. I kindly request that my 2FA be urgently disabled or reset to a new device and that I be contacted as soon as possible so I can verify my identity and restore access to my Sidra Chain account.
