Google Play Charged $44 for WPS Office After 3-Day Trial

Although I selected the 3-day trial option for the WPS Office application through Google Play, I was charged for a one-year subscription after confirming the selection. After clicking the 3-day trial option without seeing any warning or clear disclosure that I would be charged for an annual subscription, I was charged approximately $44 from my Google account yesterday evening.

The transaction was made for the Yearly Plan subscription of WPS Office – PDF, Word, Sheet, under the name Kenan C***** associated with my Google Play account, with transaction ID GPA.3373-0952-6085-90705. I then submitted a refund request through Google Play, but I was informed by email that my refund request had been rejected. I do not accept being charged such a high annual subscription fee after selecting what I understood to be a short-term trial option, especially when my refund request was denied despite my objection.

Because I was automatically enrolled in an annual subscription after selecting the 3-day trial option and charged approximately $44, I request a full refund of this payment, which I believe was unfairly charged, and the cancellation of my WPS Office annual subscription.
