Sidra Account Recovery Request After Lost Authenticator Code

I am writing to report an access issue with my Sidra account linked to my Gmail address, murtalabel****@gmail.com. About a week ago, I accidentally deleted the Sidra Authenticator code from my authenticator app. Since then, I have been unable to log in to my Sidra account.

Because the authenticator code was deleted, I cannot complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) process, and I am now locked out of my account. I have not been able to reach support or resolve this issue on my own.

I respectfully request that my identity be verified through alternative methods, that two-factor authentication be temporarily disabled on my account, and that I be assisted in regaining full access to my Sidra account associated with murtalabell***@gmail.com as soon as possible. I am fully prepared to provide any identity verification documents or additional information necessary to securely restore access.
