Google Play Denied My Refund for Accidental eFootball Purchases

I am filing a complaint because my refund request for purchases made in the eFootball game through the Google Play Store was unfairly denied. Three transactions totaling approximately $40 were made from the account registered under the name Hasan Ç******, consisting of charges of 829.99 TL, 829.99 TL, and 309.99 TL. These purchases were made by my sibling accidentally, without my knowledge or authorization, and were entirely unintended.

As soon as I noticed the transactions, I submitted a refund request through Google Play. I explained that the purchases had been made accidentally and without my authorization and requested that the transactions be canceled and the payments refunded. However, I received a negative response today for reasons that were not clear to me, and my refund request was rejected.

I request that Google Play reconsider my refund request for these accidental and unauthorized transactions and refund the total amount of approximately $40 that was charged to my account.
