Sidra Account Recovery Needed After Authenticator Code Loss

I am a user of the Sidra app, and I have been unable to access my account since the first day of this month because I am locked out by two-factor authentication (2FA). I lost access to my authenticator codes, and as a result, I can no longer complete the 2FA step required to log in.

So far, I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own, and I have not received any assistance because I have not been able to successfully contact support through the app. Due to this situation, I am completely locked out of my Sidra account.

I kindly request that my two-factor authentication be reset and that new authenticator codes be generated for my account, or that another secure verification method be provided so I can regain access. My Sidra account is registered with the email address hussainiabubakar***@gmail.com. I ask for your urgent assistance to verify my identity and restore my access to the account.
