On November 8, I ordered a sweatshirt from a seller called Shiny Force on Instagram and paid $29 USD by card. After I completed the payment, I received order number 37360, but even though nearly 20 days have passed, the product has still not been shipped, and I have not received any updates regarding the order.
During this time, I messaged the seller multiple times, but I never received a response. No shipping information was shared, and no explanation was given for the delay.
I request that the product be shipped to me as soon as possible. If the product will not be shipped, I expect the $29 USD I paid to be refunded to my card.
