Shinyforce Still Hasn’t Shipped My Sweatshirt
On November 10, I placed an order for a sweatshirt through Shinyforce. Despite the time that has passed, my order with number 37417 has still not been shipped, and I have not received any information about its status.
I cannot reach anyone through the website or the company’s communication channels. Even though I tried to contact customer service, I have received no response, and neither phone nor email support is answering. Not being able to get any updates about my order and being left completely without communication has caused significant inconvenience.
I request that the product I ordered be shipped to me immediately. If it is not going to be shipped, then I expect a full refund of the amount I paid and a clear explanation of the situation.
