Shiny Force Order Stuck on ‘Preparing for Shipment’ for Weeks

On November 5, 2025, I placed an order for a sweatshirt on the Shiny Force website and paid approximately $25 USD by credit card. Even though 22 days have passed, I still haven’t received my product, and the order details only show “preparing for shipment,” with no progress at all. My order number is 37192.
I tried to reach the company through their website and all available communication channels, but I couldn’t reach anyone. I have received no updates, no information, and no response. This situation has caused both a loss of time and financial inconvenience for me.
I request that my order be shipped to me immediately, or if it cannot be shipped, that a full refund be issued. I also expect a written explanation regarding the delay and the complete lack of communication.
