I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Shell's customer service. I purchased diesel fuel from the Shell station in Viranşehir on January 17, 2023, and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Not only did the employees write my license plate number incorrectly, but they also ignored my request to correct it. As a result, I was forced to go through an expensive and stressful situation. My car broke down on the way to Izmir, so I had to pay 600 liras to have it towed to Osmaniye industry. I have been a loyal Shell customer for many years, and it is inexcusable that such a situation occurred as a result of their negligence and lack of attention to detail. This terrible service has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and has left me feeling victimized by a company I had previously trusted.
