Shell's Negligence Ruined My Boat Trip
I had a traumatic experience at the Shell Gölköy branch. I purchased diesel fuel for my outboard motorboat. My engine, however, failed, leaving me stranded in the middle of the sea. The station refused to accept responsibility, leaving me to deal with the situation on my own. They even refused to replace the faulty fuel, so I had to empty it myself. The final straw was their lack of accountability. It's shocking to see such an iconic brand as Shell act in such a reckless manner. They didn't leave any stone unturned. This incident has resulted in both financial loss and significant frustration for me. I demand that they compensate me for my financial losses as soon as possible. It's disheartening to see such a well-known company fail to live up to its reputation for quality and customer service.
