Shell Sells Low-Quality Adblue That Ruined My Car's Tank
On November 3, 2023, I filled my vehicle with 10 liters of AdBlue from Erpet Petrol on the way to Söke. Just 30 km later, my 2021 Doblo Monopoly gave an AdBlue failure. I took it to the Izmir Enriko Aliberti Fiat service, and they discovered low-quality AdBlue, cleaned the tank, and charged me 3149₺. When I reached out to Shell Turkey, H****, an official, brushed me off, advising me to contact the AdBlue factory. Erpet Petrol said the products came from Shell, denying responsibility. I've been a loyal Shell customer for years. Can someone address my damages? Thanks.
