I have a Shell Club Card with the number 700441043****518. I bought 1115 TL of fuel yesterday. They informed me that there was a special campaign in which I needed to participate. They advised me to look for the campaign code on my fuel receipt. I took the receipt and went home, only to discover that there was no campaign code or anything else. Despite multiple contacts with their live support since yesterday, no one has resolved the problem. Shell's service quality is as follows. You can't get through to a live person at their call center. Even if they say this guy has a problem, no one bothers to contact you. This appears to be the source of thousands of complaints on "Şikayetvar." They truly have a poor policy regarding customer communication. They should be ashamed. Including me in a campaign and then exploiting me? I will not forgive them for this wrong. Drop the polished advertisements and instead offer a service worthy of a century-old company.
