Shell Club Smart Card Unresolved Points Redemption Woes

I have a Shell Club Smart Card with the number 7441 04 72 07 5001-8, and I've been trying to cash in the points I got from the "No Empty Campaign." Shell has not been helpful, which is a shame. I've sent them at least 8 emails and talked to them 5 times on live chat, but my points haven't been used in 30 days. It's disappointing to see that Shell, the company that made the card, doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix this problem. It goes without saying that this situation has made me very angry and sad. Shell must have thought that they needed these points themselves.

They couldn't reach a conclusion in a total of 25 days, and it's been more than 24 hours on this platform with still no response. Should we applaud?
