Denied Shell Club Smart Promotion Despite My Eligibility
On August 27, 2023, I purchased gasoline from Kamer Petrol, located at Kamer Taştekin Ort. License No Bay/936-82/41903, Alaçatı Çeşme İzmir. After the transaction, I received a receipt, but I didn't scrutinize it closely at the moment. Later, I realized that they didn't provide me with the code-embedded receipt necessary for the "no empty underneath" campaign, which held no value for me. When I raised this issue with Shell Club Smart, they shockingly informed me that I had participated in the campaign eight times and was ineligible for further participation. However, I only joined the campaign five times, and it's clearly reflected in the app. I'm disappointed with the service I received at the station, and even during my live chat with an agent named "s**," they cut off the conversation as soon as I insisted that I hadn't participated eight times. My experience needs to be addressed to ensure fair treatment for all customers.
