Shell Did Not Give Me My Code for the Campaign Reward

On July 26, 2025, I purchased fuel worth ₺1,751.33 with my credit card from the Günpet Akaryakıt Shell station in Ankara. I made the purchase to participate in the Shell Club Smart “Boş Yok” campaign, but the campaign code did not appear at the bottom of the receipt. My Shell Club Smart account is registered to my phone number 05073793***. After encountering this issue, I contacted Shell and reported it via email. I only received a confirmation that my application was recorded, but no solution has been provided for two weeks. Today, I spoke with customer service again, and they told me that nothing can be done since the campaign has ended. In this process, Shell was at fault and also failed to offer a solution, causing me unnecessary trouble. I request that I be compensated for my efforts and awarded the highest prize available.
