Rude Service at Çeşme Dalyan Shell Gas Station

At the Çeşme Dalyan Shell gas station, I encountered a very rude attendant. He was older, had a black mustache, and a large belly. He yelled at me and refused to clean my windows, despite my filling up the tank. I complained to the manager, but the response I got was, "There's nothing we can do." The manager sided with the attendant, who had apparently also argued with the customer before me, according to another attendant.

Given this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning to this station for fuel or gas. I am filing a complaint and will be taking this matter to CİMER. Just for your information.
