I demand the appointment of a suitable station manager at the Shell gas station located on Mithatpaşa Street in Atakent Neighborhood, Ümraniye, Istanbul. I wonder if this station is being monitored. After 8 PM, individuals have taken over the self-service car wash area and are charging for car washing services they perform themselves. When confronted, they exhibit aggressive behavior. I believe the station manager is aware of this situation and that it needs to be rectified. Otherwise, I fear there may be legal incidents here. Please intervene in this matter urgently.
