Shell Gas Station Privacy Violation in Women's Restroom
While traveling to Ankara, I stopped at the Shell gas station in Kırıkkale (25 km before reaching Kırıkkale center). Despite the women's restroom being occupied, a male cleaning staff member nonchalantly entered and demanded, "Get out, I need to clean," blatantly disregarding privacy and respect. This level of rudeness and lack of regard for personal space is unacceptable.
Shell, a company I have trusted and shopped with for 20 years, has lost my business due to this incident. Such behavior should not be tolerated and reflects poorly on the company.
In the women's restroom of the Shell petrol office (in Kırıkkale, Turkey), a male cleaning staff came in while there were women inside and asked us to go out. This violation of privacy was extremely disturbing. The rudeness of the staff also showed the level of customer satisfaction Shell petrol office cares about. I will never shop again from this company that does not respect my private space!
