Shein Order Stuck for 11 Days With No Tracking Updates

My Shein order with tracking code PALTR0003238630YQ includes clothing, a birthday card, and a bandana. I placed the order about 15 days ago and paid a total of $28 using my bank card.

My order hasn’t shown any movement in the tracking system for 11 days. During this time, I contacted Shein multiple times through the app, email, and in-app support. Every time, I was simply told to “keep waiting,” and no actual solution was provided. Even though my order is covered under Shein’s guarantee, I still haven’t received any updates.

I’m requesting that this issue be resolved immediately—either by sending my items as soon as possible or by refunding my payment.
