I placed an order with Shein on June 29, 2025, and while the package has already landed in Turkey, it has been stuck for 8 days with no movement. It has now been 13 days since I placed the order, and based on the current pace, it looks like it may take up to 18 days for it to finally reach me.

There has been no update regarding whether it has cleared customs or not, and no communication from Shein or the shipping company. I only ordered two small items, and neither of them should be flagged or delayed at customs—so why is the shipping process moving this slowly?
I urgently need this package before traveling out of town, but with no clarity on its whereabouts or delivery date, I’m left completely in the dark.
Shein, please immediately investigate this shipment and let me know exactly when I’ll receive it. This delay is unacceptable, and if it’s due to logistics or customs, customers deserve transparency.
