On October 24th, I placed two separate orders on Shein totaling $66. My order numbers are PALTR0003212397YQ and TR0003230118YQ. The tracking information originally stated that my packages would arrive by plane on November 3rd, but nearly two months have passed and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking updates show no movement, and the packages appear to be stuck on their way to my address in Ankara.
I tried contacting Shein customer service multiple times, but I never received a response. Phone calls go unanswered as well. This was my first time using Shein, and such a long delay has caused significant inconvenience.
I’m requesting that both of my orders be delivered to me as soon as possible. If the items cannot be shipped, I want a full refund of the amount I paid.
