Shein Order Stuck at Airport for 10 Days — No Movement in Tracking

I placed an order on Shein on October 30th for $59. My order number is PALTR0003240506YQ, and it was supposed to be delivered to my address in Beykoz, Istanbul. However, the tracking status has shown “arrived at airport” for the past 10 days with no movement at all. Another order I placed around the same time arrived quickly, but this one hasn’t progressed at all.

I contacted Shein customer service, but they only told me to wait for the estimated delivery date. Still, the delay is unusually long, and I’m not receiving any clear information about what’s happening with my package.

I’m requesting that Shein verify whether there is an issue with my order and ensure that it is delivered to me as soon as possible.
