Shein Order Delayed and Marked Delivered Incorrectly
I placed an order on Shein on November 4th for five items and paid $33 with my credit card. My order number is GS014J29F0012Q3, and the delivery address is Bursa/Mudanya. Even though 14 days have passed, my order has still not been delivered.
I received several messages from Shein about “delivery issues,” but the reasons they listed—such as incorrect address, wrong phone number, or no one at home—are not true. My address and contact information are correct, and I was at home during the supposed delivery attempts. When the issue occurred, I called the number provided, and they asked for the tracking code beginning with “paltr.” I also sent the code via WhatsApp, but I still didn’t receive any clear information. About 10 days ago, I received a message from the courier company Cargox stating that my package was “received” on behalf of Bertizgroup, but nothing was ever delivered to me. The phone number provided for support rarely answers.
This was my first time shopping on Shein, and the order is covered by the “refund if not delivered” guarantee. My priority is to have my items delivered properly. If that is not possible, I request a full refund. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
