I ordered from Shein, and my tracking number is PALTR0001829671YQ. It has now been 7 full days without a single movement or update. The last status still says “Arrived at destination airport,” but since then, absolutely nothing has changed. This is unacceptable.
I’ve tried to track the shipment via Pal Express, but their website shows no information at all about my package. Every time I try, the page returns blank or the tracking fails. On top of that, there’s no way to contact Pal Express for real-time updates or assistance. It’s like my package has completely disappeared.
Where is my parcel? Why has it been stuck for an entire week? I need clear answers and real tracking. If there’s an issue with customs or delivery, at least inform your customers. I expect my order to be delivered immediately, or I want a full explanation for the delay. This level of service is not acceptable from a global brand. Fix this now.
