SHEIN Order Problems, My Order is Missing. Where Are My Products?

After placing my SHEIN order, I changed the color of one item. Then there was a problem with the order, but it was supposedly resolved. Now, the app has taken my money, but three items are missing. I'll attach a video that explains the situation. I'll never order from them again. They couldn't even solve the smallest problem. I don't recommend SHEIN to anyone.
