On September 27, I visited the Shake Shack branch at İstinyePark with two friends and placed an order for double chicken and double beef burgers, two fries, three drinks, and chicken bites. I specifically requested that the cheese on the fries be served on the side, but it arrived spread on top and completely cold. On top of that, all the meals were cold, and we had to wait about 15 minutes before our order was ready.
When I mentioned these problems to the staff, they didn’t offer any solution or show concern, which made the experience even more disappointing. For a well-known international brand like Shake Shack, I expected much better service and food quality.
I’m requesting a compensation meal or equivalent resolution for this negative experience. I hope Shake Shack İstinyePark takes this feedback seriously, ensures better staff training, and prevents similar service and quality issues for other customers in the future.
