Shake Shack Order Delivered Incomplete, Yet Full Payment Charged

I placed an order from Shake Shack, and the delivery arrived incomplete even though the full amount was charged. The courier, having confirmed online payment, quickly dropped off the items and left. When we opened the package, we realized several items were missing. I immediately reported the issue, but the Bağdat Caddesi branch insisted that the order was delivered in full and refused to take responsibility. I even provided a photo of the package taken as soon as we opened it, but this evidence was dismissed. Strangely, they offered a ₺90 voucher—if no mistake was made, why issue a voucher? This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Shake Shack must ensure accountability and train its staff better. I demand a resolution!
