On June 27, 2025, around 10:00 PM, I visited the Shake Shack branch on Bağdat Avenue and ordered ice cream, but the experience was very disappointing. The first ice cream I received had a big hole in the middle, so I returned it. Unfortunately, the replacement ice cream they gave me had the same problem — hollow in the center, poorly made, and clearly not fresh.
Even worse, it came covered in chocolate sauce, even though I didn’t ask for any, and there were ice chunks in it, showing that it was improperly frozen. When I complained, the staff served me the same quality ice cream again without offering a proper solution or apology.
I even took a photo of the ice cream as evidence. This happened at the Shake Shack Bağdat Avenue location around 10:00 PM on June 27, 2025. I’m requesting that Shake Shack review this issue, improve product quality and staff training, and offer compensation for this poor customer experience.
