I Face Long-Delayed Refund From Shake Shack Akasya Despite Repeated Promises
On July 23, 2025, I placed a ₺1,665 order at the Shake Shack branch in Akasya Mall, paying by credit card. However, the order was entered incorrectly by staff, so we immediately asked for a cancellation. Because of a store-side error, they couldn’t cancel the transaction directly. Instead, the staff told us that Shake Shack’s headquarters would issue a refund.
Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times with the branch, but every time, they simply tell me the same thing — that the head office will handle it soon. It’s now been months, and the ₺1,665 refund still hasn’t been received. Our receipt number is 0044.
This repeated delay and lack of accountability are extremely frustrating. I’m requesting that Shake Shack immediately process the refund and ensure this issue is resolved once and for all. A global brand should not make customers chase refunds for months over a simple mistake.
