Shake Shack Hamburger Caused Stomach Issues Due to Poor Quality

On August 1, 2024, at 5:45 PM, I ate a hamburger at Shake Shack, and it immediately upset my stomach. The meat had a noticeable bad smell, but I unfortunately ate it anyway—something I now regret deeply. In addition to the poor food quality, the presentation was extremely sloppy, with the burger looking squished and unappealing.
The inadequate facilities further added to the disappointment; I had to wait 10 minutes just to wash my hands because there were insufficient restrooms. However, the most serious issue remains the low quality of the food you are serving. This experience has shaken my trust in Shake Shack, and I demand immediate action to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
