Sephora Refused to Issue a Refund

I am disappointed with the customer service at Sephora. I purchased an unused product five days ago, and now I wish to return or exchange it, but they refuse to do so. It is absurd that they will not even comply with fundamental consumer rights. If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will seek legal recourse. This is unacceptable, and I will not allow them to exploit my hard-earned cash. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Center (CIMER) to ensure that no one else must endure the same circumstances. It is outrageous that Sephora does not offer any service, exchange, or refund for its products. They must cease misleading their customers and assume responsibility for their actions. It is unfair to defraud people of their money in this manner.
