Sephora Sent an Empty Product Box – No Resolution Provided

1I recently purchased a product from Sephora, and when I opened the package, the box was completely empty! As a Gold member who shops frequently, I expected better service. When I reported the issue, Sephora claimed they had sent the product in full without providing any proof.
I requested evidence that the item was packed correctly, but they refused to take responsibility. This is completely unacceptable! I will be taking legal action and filing a formal complaint with CİMER. Sephora must either prove the product was sent properly or provide a refund. Ignoring customers and dismissing valid complaints is not acceptable from a brand of this caliber!
