Bdg Game Deposit Amount Deducted But Not Received in Game

I am writing regarding a serious deposit issue I am facing with Bdg Games. I made two UPI deposits from my bank app to my Bdg Games account, but the funds have still not been credited to my game balance. My game UID is 15709556.

On February 12 at 3:57 p.m., I deposited $58 via UPI through my bank app to the UPI ID sonabha**@ptyes (UTR: 604377275260, order number: RC2026021215563668978410f). The transaction was successful on my bank’s side. On February 13, I made another successful UPI deposit of $58 from the same bank app to the UPI ID jkbmerc007844**@jkb (UTR: 110655426201, order number: RC2026021312151785476720d). Both transactions are marked as successfully completed in my bank records, but my Bdg Games account has not received the total amount of $115.

I contacted Bdg Games support multiple times. Sometimes they reply that they have not yet received my funds, and other times they say that my payment proof, PDF, and video are under review and that the relevant department is checking the transaction. To assist them, I have already provided clear evidence, including a transaction success screenshot showing the UTR reference number, sender and receiver UPI IDs, date and time, amount, and successful status. I also shared my bank statement PDF and a screen recording showing me logging into my bank app and clearly displaying the specific transactions.

Despite providing all this documentation, the issue remains unresolved and my money is still stuck. This situation is causing significant stress and loss of trust, as my bank clearly shows the payments as successful, yet the corresponding balance has not been credited to my Bdg Games account.

I request that Bdg Games urgently resolve this matter by crediting both deposits (a total of $115) to my game account without any further delay. If this is not possible for any reason, I request a full refund of $115 to my bank account. If neither option can be completed immediately, I at least expect Bdg Games to ensure that the full $115 is safely credited to my account as soon as possible and to provide clear confirmation of the action taken.
