EA FC 26 Matchmaking Is Unbalanced in Online Games

I play EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation, and the issues I have experienced since the first day I purchased the game have completely turned me away from it. Even though I have spent a significant amount of money on in-game packs and similar content, I have received almost no useful players or worthwhile items.

At the same time, in online matches I am constantly matched against significantly stronger and unbalanced squads. Neither the money I have spent nor the effort I have put into the game has been rewarded. The in-game balance and matchmaking system are unfair and leave players at a disadvantage.

This situation has completely discouraged me from playing, and I no longer plan to purchase any games from EA in the future. My EA account username is k**4. I request that the unfairness and hardship I have experienced be investigated and that the in-game rewards, pack contents, and matchmaking system be adjusted to ensure a fair and balanced experience.
