I have a Parimatch account that I access through Google Chrome on my Android phone, and it was recently banned. When I originally created the account, I was under 18, but I am now over 18 and want to verify my identity and use the account legally.
The issue began around February 5, 2026, and since then my account has been completely inaccessible. When I attempted to complete the verification process, the photo I submitted was unclear, and Parimatch appears to have assumed that I am still underage. As a result, my account was banned, and I now have no option to re-verify my identity or upload clear documentation confirming that I am over 18.
Additionally, I have reached the withdrawal limit on the account, which means I cannot access my funds due to this situation. I request that Parimatch carefully review my case, allow me to submit new and clear verification documents proving that I am now over 18, unban and reopen my account, and enable me to both continue using the service and withdraw my existing balance.
