Sephora Sent My Order Late And Incomplete and Customer Service Was Rude

Customer service by Sephora is the worst I have ever encountered. From start to finish, I had a whole mess with a purchase I placed through their website. Once the order was placed, it came late and unfinished. The customer support representatives were quite nasty and useless when I phoned to discuss the problem. They behaved as though they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Hoping for a fix, I met with a management, but they were just as contemptuous and used excuses instead of owning responsibility. Nobody there seemed to be adequately qualified or equipped to handle consumers. This is intolerable, hence I will not be buying with them once more.
