Sephora Points Dropped From 16,800 to 3,285 Without Explanation

In my Sephora app account, my registered Sephora card showed around 16,800 points until yesterday. However, when I logged into the app again on December 17, 2025, at 9:42 AM, I saw that my points had dropped to 3,285 without any explanation. Such a large difference in points is not possible, and I was not given any notification or information about this change.

When I review my recent transactions, I made a purchase worth $103 on December 12, 2025, under order number 8005080260, and I received this order on December 15, 2025. I also made an in-store purchase worth $29 on December 14, 2025. Aside from these purchases, I did not spend or redeem my points in any way. Despite this, the majority of my points have disappeared, which is unacceptable.

In addition, after becoming a Black Card member, the 10% discount code that should have been assigned to me was never sent to my email address. Because I both lost my points and was unable to benefit from my Black Card advantage, I am experiencing serious inconvenience. My Sephora card number is 9001051361820.

I am requesting a detailed investigation into why and through which transaction my points were reduced, that all points removed or lost unfairly be fully restored to my account, and that my Black Card 10% discount code be sent to me immediately. I have not contacted customer service so far, because I have seen that these types of issues are often not handled properly, and I am expecting a direct response here.
